A ambientalista, cientista e activista dos direitos humanos Wangari Maathai faleceu ontem em Nairobi. Foi fundadora do movimento Green Belt em 1977, e Nobel da Paz em 2004. RIP Wangari Maathai.
You cannot protect the environment unless you empower people, you inform them, and you help them understand that these resources are their own, that they must protect them.
