O dia 24 de Março é o dia dedicado a chamar a atenção para as mulheres e a tecnologia. Ada Lovelace nasceu em Dezembro de 1815 em Londres, filha de Lord Byron e de Anne Isabelle Milbanke. Estudou Matemática e Música e é considerada fundadora do computador científico, descrevendo a «Máquina analítica» de Charles Babbage, cientista da época. Esta última semana de Março serviu assim para a criação de uma lista de distribuição entre as pessoas interessadas na prática artística, nos media e sua tecnologia, enfim numa comunidade de artistas ligada em rede.
